Acrylic, ink , coffee , pastel on stretched canvas framed in flooded gum.  

Inspired by the organic patterns found in the mountains and bark of gum trees. 

The composition is an abstract tapestry of earthy tones, soft greens, dusty blues, warm ochres, deep browns, and muted pink. The artwork is painted with many intricate layers on a textured surface. 

Across this rich surface, a flowing white line meanders, looping and curving like a river and the wandering scars often seen on gumtree bark. This line provides a sense of rhythm and movement, creating connection and harmony.

Day Dreaming is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the beauty of nature.
